Google sheets file size limitation?

Hello community,
I have a google sheets document with 2000+ rows containing Email and some other information. I filter these down to 250-300 at a time.

Sometimes MM reads the emails, but does NOT send them. At other times, it shows an error, but would have sent the emails. Just today, even using the browser dashboard, with 444 filtered emails (from a 2000+ list), It is stuck at “Loading recipients…” for a long time, and then shows “internal (error?)”.

Mary from email support said it is a file size issue. I have a few more tabs with far less information. And some with formulae to track campaigns. Nothing that I want to get rid of. What really is the file size limitation? I can remove several columns with support information if that helps.

See this image for example. I’m unable to get MM to even show me a preview of the email.
After several minutes, I get this message - “Service Spreadsheets timed out while accessing document with ID XXXXXX”.

Hi Vinay,

To ensure you’ve a great experience with Mailmeteor for Sheets, it’ best to keep your sheets under 10K cells. If you have 1K rows, that means 10 columns.

Hidden cells are counted toward this limit due to how the Google Sheets API works.

If your sheet is bigger than that, you might have a degraded experience and sometimes hit this limit. In such case, copy the data in a you sheet and send the emails from this sheet.

Best regards
