Totally Confused. Messed up account?

Hi there,

For some reason, after the application working for some time, I started having huge problems on my client-side gmail sending all emails with a pixel embedded in them. This lead to ALL of my emails getting blocked entirely. To fix this, I thought I would try to remove the mailmeteor connection and re-add it, thinking maybe something went wrong. That didn’t change anything, so then I discovered it was because of the Gmail Chrome extension. So I removed that and now my client side sending is fine.

But upon trying to re-add the Google connection, despite being connected with Google Workspace on both individual and Admin level, the page within Mailmeteor for integrations has the button for connecting Google grayed out and not clickable.

In addition, all of a sudden replies to my previously sent campaigns are not being registered in the app, and I am receiving unknown errors whenever I attempt to import, export, cancel, archive, or duplicate campaigns. They say to try again but over and over do not work.

WHAT DO I DO?? This has completely screwed up my account! I cannot even stop my campaigns from sending emails I don’t want thme to send now due to the untracked replies. This is a HUGE problem.

I have contacted support via the strange website that forwards the inputs to a Google Form…but I am also putting this here in case of some sort of error. I did not receive any confirmation of the support receiving the messages.

Some features have started to work again. Maybe it was just a time-based issue? Does Google Workspace take some time to re-connect maybe?

Hi! We experienced a downtime on June 12, due to a severe outage from Google Cloud. This impacted lots of websites, including Mailmeteor.com.

We’re sorry about this. All campaigns have automatic retries, so emails have been sent normally once Google engineers fixed the issue.
